What Happens After We Receive a Complaint

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim and remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the content creator or uploader of the action taken.
  • Allow them to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, and contact information.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Oklahoma.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10-14 business days.
